Greetings and salutations! My name is Baldr, also known as the Dovahkiin, and this is a little drawing I asked my friend Norroen to make for me. I wanted her to picture a typical evening in Breezehome, and so she portrayed our little family circle playing a board game (my lovely wife Aela isn't in the drawing because she thinks board games are a waste of time).
Now, I am obviously the dashingly handsome one in the middle, but you might wonder about the other two players. The somewhat over-zealous boy is my adopted son Aventus - the little fellow is the proverbial apple of my eye, though his obsession with assassins worries me somewhat. Now, the displeased mer opposite him is my inimitable elder brother, whom I unexpectedly came across here in Skyrim after years of separation - at first I thought it was just a side effect of a long evening with Sanguine - and then rescued after he was almost killed by the Stormcloaks - and serves him right, by the way, shouldn't have followed in Dad's footsteps and become a Justiciar - and brought to my home to get his wounds healed and his outlook on life changed. Though the latter thing is proving a little bit difficult - usually he just mopes about the place, shuddering with repulsion at anything he sees; but he DOES like this board game...
