Somehow, all my Blackwall/Inquisitor shenanigans seem to involve being heroically saved from drowning.

The writing on the bottom of what is supposed to be the frozen lake near Haven are the insults that Cassia started hearing increasingly more often as the Inquisition found out she was from Tevinter* - thus giving the picture additional symbolic meaning.

*There is actually a funny story behind that: as Cassia used to work as a scribe back home, she was once assigned with a super-important task of transcribing the proceedings at the Magisterium, filling in for a friend who had gotten sick. Things went fairly well, despite Cassia's nervousness - until a magister (I'm thinking it could have been Maevaris) got into a heated debate with a colleague of hers, and the unfairness of the said colleague's remarks made Cassia burst into tears. Alexius witnessed the incident, so when the Inquisition tried to negotiate with him in Redcliffe, he was like, 'Wait, the Herald is the Crying Girl?'. Which caused Cassandra and the others to demand an explanation of how the hay the Tevinter outsider and the Herald knew each other.
